The 312L leather solo bag was custom designed with hand braiding. It is specifically designed to fit on many motorcycles, custom bikes and choppers. The iPod and iPhone cases are leather detachable carrying cases that will work on the handlebars of your motorcycle using a plastic handlebar mount. When you get to your destination, the iPod case comes off and the mount stays on the motorcycle.  These are available for 1″ handlebars and the “chubby” 1 ¼’ handlebars.  For the 1 ¼” handlebars add A to the part number.

Would I tour with these bags? Absolutely. With one saddlebag I can fit all my clothes for a week leaving my second bag for my tool kit, raingear, maps, snacks and other personal items. Plus, the reinforced lid, bungee-cord-ready lid clips and extra-long buckle-closure straps make it easy to strap sleeping bags or other items on top of the bags. I would recommend Leatherworks saddlebags to anyone looking to tour but wanting to maintain that traditional look (and smell).
